September Month of Learning Challenge – 6th to 24th September
There has never been a better time to start learning than now, with Linkedin Learning available on any device, anywhere, and pathways to take you through the core competencies required for CIG employees quickly and painlessly.
We invite you to get in on the excitement with the LinkedIn Learning September Challenge kicking off September 6th, focused on building your Core Competencies.
Challenge yourself to complete each day’s short learning – each can be completed in less than 7 minutes.
Send each week’s completed activity to your Learning Champion to be in with a chance of winning a prize!
What is the calendar?
A calendar has been created to include four Linkedin Learning videos and one activity day per week, starting Monday 6th September and finishing on Friday 24th September.
The videos are linked to the core competency pathways that have been created on Linkedin Learning and links will be provided to the full course that the video is taken from and also the core competency pathway. Each of the three weeks focusses on one of the three core competencies Building Capability; Working Together; Delivering Results. The activities are linked to specific learning points related to the core competency for that week.
How does the challenge work?
Each learner watches the videos for the four days and then completes a short activity at the end of each week. Learners send their answers for the activity to the learning champion for their Ministry / Department and a prize will then be awarded to the learner that is picked by the learning champion.
