The ILM Level 5 Certificate Programme in Leadership & Management is aimed at “Managers of other Managers” (middle managers) and consists of the following units, ILM credit values and guided learning hours.
▶▶ Two hour induction
▶▶ Total Credit Value: 20
▶▶ Tutorial Support: 20 hours
▶▶ Guided Learning: 60 hours
Pre-requisites: Must be in a middle-management position AND have previous leadership or management training at ILM Level 3 or equivalent.
