ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management

The ILM Level 5 Certificate Programme in Leadership & Management is aimed at “Managers of other Managers” (middle managers) and consists of the following units, ILM credit values and guided learning hours.

▶▶ Two hour induction
▶▶ At least seven hours tutorial support
▶▶ Total Credit Value: 20
▶▶ Tutorial Support: 20 hours
▶▶ Guided Learning: 60 hours

Pre-requisites: Must be in a middle-management position and have previous leadership or management training
