City and Guilds Level 4 Diploma in Business and Professional Administration
The City and Guilds group is a global leader in skills development, working with governments, businesses and education centers to help people achieve their potential through work-based learning.
The diploma is aimed at people who do not currently have an academic qualification at the Associate Degree level or equivalent. To be eligible you will need to be on a permanent contract with your department. The programme is run over an 18 month period and will be delivered online. There will be 6 tutor led modules spread over the period with directed self-study and assignments to be completed between the modules.
Using a combination of tutor led activities and self-study you will cover 7 key outcomes, including understanding business organisations; communication; the fundamentals of business ethics; management of physical resources; organizational change process; and problem solving and decision making.
