Lance is currently the ICT Manager for the Ministry of Education. Previously, he was the Learning & Development Manager for the CSC.  His key areas of interest include learning and development for individuals and organizations, information technology to enhance learning, human resource management, talent identification and talent management.

Lance holds a Master’s Degree in Management with an emphasis in human resource, a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Computer Science, A Fellow of the Institute for Leadership and Management, a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honors Society. In addition, he is an accredited City and Guilds ILM tutor and internal verifier
