Allison Lovinggood

Allison is currently the Manager, Training & Development at Workforce Opportunities Residency Cayman. She brings a wide range of experience to the table which she has gathered from her 14 years in the Training and Development world. Her key areas of passion include but are not limited to, authentic leadership, company culture, strategic training initiatives that align with organizational goal attainment, and championing a robust performance management program. Overall she is committed to making a difference in the lives of those she works with and for on a daily basis.

Allison is currently in the final stretches of writing her dissertation for her MBA in Leadership & Innovation from Edinburgh Napier University. In support of her T&D role she has upskilled in a number of areas that bring a diverse and inclusive edge. Some include but are not limited to, Kirkpatrick’s ROI, DISC, CIPD Training Administration, Performance Management Coaching, and ISO Internal Health & Safety Auditor.  She is also an active member of the Association of Talent Development, America.
