These workshops aim to help staff improve the experience that our customers (internal and external) have.

Each session covers:

  • the attitudes, skills and behaviors required of front facing staff;
  • how to deal with angry customers;
  • how to improve listening skills, and
  • how to improve processes.

You’ll also have the chance to share ideas and make recommendations on “Making the Lives of those we Serve Better”
