Zoe Davies

With a Masters in Organizational Psychology, Zoe has a strong background in training, the development of people and leading on organizational change.   With over 25 years’ experience in delivering training and managing the development of teams, leaders and volunteers, Zoe has supported a number of multi-national organisations as well as government and public funded bodies to ensure their people are given the opportunity to be the best they can be.

Leading on the delivery of Organisational Development, Learning, Talent and Culture in organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover and Lloyds Banking Group, Zoe has managed teams to explore and challenge beliefs and current thinking.  Specialising in needs analysis, leadership development, talent, change and organisational culture, Zoe has partnered various businesses to support the delivery of organisational strategy.

As part of her own personal development she has applied her industry expertise through a 2 yr European Master’s in Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology,  working with professionals across 18 countries and focusing on the latest leadership practices, the development of people, business and the bringing about of behavioural change.


Zoe holds a Dual Masters in Work, Organisation and Personnel Psychology, accredited by Sorbonne University Paris & the University of Valencia, Spain.   She also holds a BSc Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a B.A (Hons) Sports Management.  Outside of her academic qualifications, Zoe is an accredited Executive Coach through Middlesex University, EMCC and Lane4,  a qualified NLP Practioner and CMI accredited Internal Coach within Jaguar Land Rover.   She also holds A1 & A2 Assessor Training Qualifications.
