Customer Service Ambassador Training – 19 July 2021

These workshops aim to help staff improve the experience that our customers (internal and external) have.
Each session covers:
- the attitudes, skills and behaviors required of front facing staff;
- how to deal with angry customers;
- how to improve listening skills, and
- how to improve processes.
You’ll also have the chance to share ideas and make recommendations on “Making the Lives of those we Serve Better”
