All civil servants must first apply for access to the Civil Service Academy, the registration and online learning portal, by filling out the form located under the "Register" tab above.
Once the account is set up, a unique user name and password is created and emailed to the email provided on the registration form. Civil Servants without a work or personal email address must acquire a free email address from a provider such as Google, Yahoo or MSN.
Employees without a “gov.ky” email address will also need to provide proof of employment by the Cayman Islands Government by contacting the Civil Service College.
